Steps :
- Take an empty Cup. Mix well any adhesive and water in equal proportions.
- Blow a Balloon. Tie a Knot by yourself.
- Take a thread. Dip it into glue, rinse it and apply it on the balloon.
- Randomly keep applying thread to the balloon.
- Keep it aside. Allow it to dry for at least 3 to 4 hours.
